What you need to know about our gift cards

To purchase a gift card come to the friendly staff at the customer information on floor 0. They will be there for you from Monday to Saturday between 10am und 8.30pm. You can top up the voucher with an amount of 10 to 100€. It is your choice if you want to pay by cash or girocard. Every giftcard is presented in an elegant envelope and costs an administrative fee of 50 Cents. You can only use the gift card in the ALEXA Center. Unfortunately, online purchase is not possible.

 

How can I use my gift card?

The voucher cards can be used in all participating shops in ALEXA Berlin. All stores which are not participating you can find here. Paying with your gift card is super easy: just use it like a Maestro-Card – or in other words, the gift card  comes into a reader and you type the code 1111 as a pin. The amount will be deducted from your card and the shopping tour can continue.

What amount is on my voucher card?

You got a voucher card but you don’t know the value? There are different ways to request the amount of your gift card.

You can check the amount directly here. Or you can call the customer information under 0800 188 8945, there are happy to help you with their services. You can also send a SMS to 0177/ 178 1685.If you decide to use the SMS service, text the number of the gift card and you will receive two confirmation SMS with the value of your gift card in response. After a purchase with the voucher card you will receive another SMS with the new amount. If you don’t want that anymore, just text the word „ENDE“ back. As soon as your registered a simple „?“ is enough to get to know the value of your gift card.
