Gold upgrade: The new ALEXA Center voucher from March 2026

Are you looking for a great gift? Then give your loved ones a special treat! With the new ALEXA gift card, you can’t go wrong! Our gift card now not only shines in a chic gold design, but also boasts many new features.

Focus on new features

  • Universally applicable: By switching to Mastercard, the voucher works like your bank card in our shops.
  • Quick credit check: Simply scan the QR code or check online – your current credit balance is available at any time!
  • More payment options: Pay for the voucher however you want – with an EC, credit, or debit card.
  • Individual value: Load with your desired amount between €10 and €150.
  • Transfer remaining credit easily: We transfer your remaining credit to the new voucher. ((You can continue to redeem your old vouchers until their expiration date.)

You can purchase and top up your voucher with any amount between €10 and €150 at our customer information desk on the ground floor. Vouchers are available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

* The voucher fee of EUR 0.50 is a service and administration fee. All vouchers are presented in a high-quality ALEXA voucher envelope. The voucher is only valid in participating stores. Here you will find an overview of   “non-participating tenants”.

Further facts about the voucher

Purchase your voucher Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the customer information desk on the ground floor. Are you a B2B customer or would you like to purchase vouchers in large quantities? Then read more under “Company orders made easy!”

You will receive your voucher in a high-quality ALEXA envelope – there is only a small service and administration fee of €0.50.

Please note: The voucher can only be redeemed at ALEXA Berlin. Unfortunately, it cannot be purchased online.

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

The vouchers can be redeemed in all participating stores at ALEXA. All stores that are excluded can be found here.

Paying with the voucher is very easy: your gift voucher works like a Mastercard. This means that you insert the voucher card into a card reader and enter the code 1111 as your PIN. The amount will be deducted from your card and you can continue shopping.

How much credit do I have on my gift card?

Have you received a gift voucher but can’t remember how much credit is left on it? There are several ways to check your voucher balance:

Scan the QR code on the back and check the balance online on our website
Check your balance directly above
Ask about your balance at our customer information desk
You can also send a text message to this number (+49 177 178 1685). If you decide to send a text message, send a message with your card number and you will receive two confirmation text messages with the value. After a purchase with the Center voucher, we will send you another text message with the remaining balance of your voucher. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, reply with the word “ENDE.” Once you are registered with us, simply send a “?” to find out the value of your gift voucher.

Company orders made easy!

Would you like to order larger quantities of ALEXA vouchers for your company, employees, or customers? No problem—it’s quick and easy! Simply ask at our customer information desk in the center or conveniently order by email at customercarealexa@sonaesierra.com or by phone at 030 26 93 40 121.

After placing your order, you will receive an invoice (payment method: prepayment). As soon as the amount has been received, the voucher cards will go into production and can then either be picked up in person or sent to your desired address.
